Overview
Implemented the full Sensing→Perception→Planning→Control→Safety→UI architecture, dual-CAN vehicle control, and AEB·BSD·LDW·TOR safety functions, passing four official tests at K-City and KIAPI and obtaining a MOLIT autonomous-driving temporary operation permit.
Background
Overview of the autonomous-vehicle temporary operation permit — to operate for testing/research, the system must meet safety requirements (fault detection & warning, function disable, restricted operating zone, data logging) to obtain a 5-year MOLIT permit.
Approach 1
Per-scenario decision logic — flowcharts for lane keeping, lane change, curved circuit, ACC (cut-in/out), emergency stop, and speed-limit recognition.
Approach 2
Safety & hand-over functions — LKAS lane following, take-over (TOR) that detects driver intervention, plus system checks and operation logging.
Result
Ran four official tests (Mar–Jul 2022) at the K-City KATRI proving ground and KIAPI (Daegu), iterating on findings to pass the driving test and obtain the temporary operation permit.
